Whether you’re a studio owner looking to host on-site training or an instructor ready for virtual, live coaching (machine required), these courses are designed to sharpen your cueing, sequencing, and form mastery.

    • Choose from list of specialized, Lagree Official Level 2 courses — 4–6 hours each

    • Sliding scale & flat-rate options available for studio bookings

    • Observational shadowing of senior instructors included

    • Available virtually (machine required) or in-studio

    • Must hold an official Level 1 Lagree Certification

    • Recommended: At least 1 year of teaching experience (not required)

    • Required for eligibility to progress to Level 3 Master Trainer status
